Formed in 2009, Neder Capital is a family owned and operated company.  Neder is a local, socially responsible construction and development group with offices in Wheeling, IL.  Our principal business is real estate development, with commercial properties ranging in size from a Chicago neighborhood convenience mall to a sprawling suburban office complex in Wheeling, IL.  Over the years, our experience in the residential multi-family segment has ranged from a 6 flat rehab in Little Village to a 100+ unit residential community in Des Plaines, IL.  The members of our team have an extensive background in targeting value-add opportunities and delivering a high-quality product to the rental marketplace.  Neder’s value proposition goes well beyond the criteria of quality, dedication and tenant service.

We use experience, ingenuity and hard work to create solutions to existing problems of affordable housing and underutilized properties through rezoning and adaptive re-use. Adaptive re-use projects allow us to preserve the original character and heritage of an existing community while at the same time eliminating the need for demolition of existing structures. Although these projects typically involve as much, if not more, due diligence, planning, time and effort than a typical “ground up” development, they tend to breathe “new life” into once vibrant structures and communities.
