Welcome Harlem Towers residents to the first installment in a monthly series of a informative newsletter of news that affects your day-to-day life in your home! We aim to inform you of upcoming renovations, projects, and provide assistance for applications or new programs.

Summer is here

Air conditioning is a must during the heat of the Chicago summers, if yours is broken, or your filter needs replacement please call the maintenance hotline (844-694-6367). You don’t even have to be home for us to replace your filter! There will be a small fee associated with replacing the filter, for the cost of the filter itself and labor.

Major lobby renovations

Big changes are coming for Harlem Towers! This coming June/July the lobby will receive a major facelift with natural stone flooring and new green energy efficient LED lights. We aim to provide a pleasant experience to the first thing you see before you enter your unit, as well as leave it.

New entrance experience

New self closing garage access doors will be installed along with a new intercom system that can be paired to your phone and be accessed anywhere. Along with these changes, we hope you are enjoying the new package room. These are all things we offer our residents at no charge as part of our ongoing service commitment.

Rental assistance 

This coming Monday, on June 28th the state of Illinois is re-introducing their rental assistance program to residents. Starting on the 29th we will be available in the office on the first floor 9am-5pm to provide assistance for your application, if you need to set up an appointment or have questions regarding the rental assistance program please contact (312-866-5239).
