9/21/21 News You Can Use at 2300-2310 Harlem Towers

Welcome back Harlem Towers residents to the third installment in our new newsletter that aims to inform you, the residents, of upcoming changes, renovations, and projects. We hope you enjoy receiving news on a monthly basis that affects your home. 

Laundry rooms

We are expecting a delivery of washers and dryers in the coming days, with this change we are also re-doing the laundry rooms on each floor to provide you with a better laundry experience. The washers and dryers will be completely replaced, as well as the laundry rooms themselves will be repainted and new lighting along with new laundry tables will be put in. When these changes happen they will be accompanied with new guidelines and rules regarding the use of the laundry machines. 

Flooring update 

The flooring that we have been installing in these past weeks is still in process, the contractor that we had putting it in did not do a satisfactory job and we apologize. We are currently in the process of restructuring and replacing the damaged flooring. We thank you for your patience and assure the end result will be worth the wait. 

Vending machines

We plan on installing a vending machine in the lobby, possibly the package room. There will be snacks and or drinks as well as household goods such as laundry detergent for sale. We aim to provide a convenient experience and we hope you will get use out of a vending machine being provided. 

Key fob access + Lower level garage clickers

As some residents have already noticed, we have been refreshing our key fob system and unfortunately some residents may have been unintentionally locked out of the building. If your key fob is no longer granting you entry into the building, please visit the office in the lobby to get your key fob updated before 9/26/21. Also, the lower level garage door was recently repaired and the sensor is no longer paired with the old clickers that opened the door. If you are currently parking in the lower level garage and need a new clicker please also visit the office immediately.
