10/7/21 News You Can Use at 2300-2310 Harlem Towers

Greetings Harlem Towers residents to the 4th installment of news you can use, our monthly newsletter that aims to inform you, the residents, of upcoming changes. We hope that you enjoy receiving news on a monthly basis on the renovations and projects we have planned that affect you and your home. Our aim is to keep you informed as well as promote communication. 

New filter program 

We are implementing a series of changes to the building to adhere to the CDC’s recommendations for high density HVAC systems in preventing the spread of COVID-19. We will be increasing airflow as well as filtration throughout the building. We will now require tenants to replace their air filter every 6 months, the current state of some units filtration is very poor and we aim to change this. Your filter will be replaced at cost of the filter and the labor, we will determine the pricing and notify you in advance. Thank you. 

Laundry rooms 

As you hopefully have noticed we are currently moving forward on our renovation of the laundry rooms. We have many more improvements planned to give you a better experience of doing laundry in the building. The delivery of the new washers and dryers was delayed but they will be installed in the near future. 

Along with these changes we are planning on installing wall mounted coin operated vending machines for laundry detergent, soap, fabric softener and bleach. We hope that you will find this addition to be useful and convenient as all of your laundry needs will be met in the building. You will never again need to leave your home to do your laundry! 

Flooring update pt 2

The flooring in the building will soon finally be complete, we thank you for your patience and hope you enjoy the modern look that the new flooring brings. Additionally, on some floors we are planning to seal the floor with a clear resin epoxy to ensure the stability and longevity of the flooring. On some floors the elevator landing area tile is still incomplete, this too will be taken care of and replaced. The missing quarter inch round will also be installed to complete the flooring completely.
